摘    要:DMDAAC-AM共聚物是一种性能优良的防膨剂.以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为反应原料,过硫酸钾为引发剂合成共聚物防膨剂PDA.通过室内研究对其进行性能评价,实验结果表明:1.0% PDA防膨剂线性膨胀率仅为22.6%,防膨性能明显优于氯化钾溶液.当温度为150℃时,热滚动24 h防膨性能依然稳定.该防膨剂体系具有很好的抗盐性能,对天然岩心伤害率均小于20%.

Abstract:DMDAAC-AM Copolymer is a excellent anti-swelling agent.Using dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)and acrylamid(AM)as the reaction materials,and potassium persulfate as initiating agent synthesised the copolymer anti-swelling agent PDA.Through laboratory experiments,the performance of anti-swelling agent PDA was studied,the results show that the anti-swelling performance of PDA is better than potassium chloride solution,the percentage of bed-expansion of 1%PDA anti-swelling agent is only 22.6%;The anti-swelling performance is still stable by rolling at 150 ℃ in 24 hours,and salty resistance is good.The damage rate of natural core is less than 20%.
