北京地铁受流臂动应力测试中的热输出分析

摘    要:应变计是用应变电阻效应测量应变的。在测量过程中,环境温度可以从多个方面影响应变计的输出。本文探讨了在北京地铁受流臂动应力实验中,由于温度变化,测量应变计和补偿应变计贴在不同材料上所引起的测量误差,得出了此次实验中热输出的表达式,并可以作为类似动应力实验中热输出分析的参考。分析结果表明,此次实验中应变计的热输出与变温、被测试样线膨胀系数、补偿块线膨胀系数、应变计灵敏系数有关。

Abstract:The strain can be measured by strain gauge with strain-resistance effect. During the measurement, temperature affects the strain gauge output in many aspects. After the dynamic stress experiment on Beijing subway current acceptor, this article discusses the measurement error, which is caused by the difference of material that measurement strain gauge and compensated strain gauge attached to, and derives the expression of thermal output that can be used as reference for thermal output analysis in similar experiments. The results shows that the thermal output changes with the temperature, the coefficients of specimen and compensation block, gauge factor of the strain gauge.
