推力矢量喷管设计与气动特性分析研究

摘    要:二元矢量喷管结构简单,隐身特性好,在多种隐身飞机上得到了应用。本文发展了一种“圆转方”二元喷管型面设计方法,基于此方法设计了二元喷管和两型矢量喷管,一型通过二元喷管壁面几何偏转实现,另一型由塞式中心体偏转实现。数值模拟了“圆转方”喷管以及这两型矢量喷管的内外流场,对其推力系数、流量系数、有效推力矢量角等性能参数进行了计算和分析对比,给出了对二元矢量喷管设计具有参考价值的推力矢量角的影响因素及其影响规律。

Abstract:The two-dimensional (2D) thrust-vectoring nozzle has simple configuration and good stealthy performance. Thus it has been applied to some stealthy aircrafts. In this paper, a method to design round-to-square nozzle was developed. Based on it, a 2D nozzle and two types of thrust-vectoring nozzles were designed. And the first type nozzle is achieved by geometry deflection of the round-to-square nozzle meanwhile the second type nozzle is achieved by deflection of the aerospike located in round-to-square nozzle. Then the inner and outer flow of the round-to-square nozzle and two types of thrust-vectoring nozzles are simulated numerically. Also the thrust coefficient, flux coefficient and thrust-vectoring angle of the nozzles were obtained and analyzed. Finally, the influencing factors and laws in thrust-vectoring angle of the nozzles are obtained, which are valuable for designing 2D thrust-vectoring nozzles.
