| 摘 要： | 对愈创木酚 ,邻苯二酚 ,8 羟基喹啉 ,3 ,5 二羟甲苯 ,苯酚等酚类物质分别与坚牢蓝B盐的显色反应中小牛胸腺DNA的作用进行了研究 .检测表明 ,在可见光区 4 0 0～ 60 0nm的不同区间 ,DNA对显色反应溶液的光吸收O .D值有着不同的影响 .对有的酚类物质在不同的可见光区间起增色或减色作用 ;对有的酚类物质则为连续的增色效应 ;而对另一些酚类物质则无显著作用

| Abstract: | The influences of calf thymus DNA on the chromatic reactions of omethoxyphenol,pyrocatechol,phenol and the analogues of phenol such as 8 hydroxyquinoline,3,5 dihydroxytoluene etc,respectively with fast blue B salt,were fallen into three classes in the visible range from 400 to 600?nm;(i)hyperchromic or hypochromic effect respectively in different visible range;(ii)continuous hyperchromic effect;(iii)no significant effect.All of the influences were presented quantitatively by the difference of O.D value. |
