| Abstract: | Liability system is one of the core contents of the legal system on market subject.To begin with the theoretical basis of liability system of farmers' professional co-operatives,this paper analyzes legislative situation and existing problems of establishing the system in China.Aiming at the shortage of the system in China,strategies for the perfection of the system have been proposed. |
