玉米自交系苗期耐旱性鉴定指标的模糊综合评价

摘    要:以与玉米自交系幼苗质膜损伤程度有关的过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、丙二醛、维生素C和电导率为指标,用模糊隶属函数法对玉米自交系的苗期耐旱性进行综合分析,结果表明,本试验所选择的6项指标,按隶属函数计算加权平均值的方法对参试自交系进行耐旱性综合评价是有效的。

Abstract:Six indexes were measured, which related to drought tolerance of inbred lines seedling stage (POD activity, SOD activity, CAT activity, MDA content, Vc content and electric conductivity). Analysis to the relation among these six indexes and the drought tolerance were carried out coefficient. The result showed that six indexes was available to appraise the drought tolerance of Maize by the fuzzy administering function.
