摘    要:在样品及标准系列中均加入一定量的甲基绿作为内标,分别于510nm和630nm处测量吸光度。比值A_(510)/A_(630)与样品中的铁含量呈良好的线性关系。该比值与样品体积的变化无关,测定时不必准确稀释,可根据样品浓度的大小任意稀释体积.本法测定的准确度和精密度良好,应用于铝合金中铁的测定获得较满意的结果。

Abstract:A definite amount of such an internal standard is added to each sample and calibration standard. The absorbance at 510nm and 630nm are measured at the same time. The ratio of the absorbance at 510nm to that at 630nm is proportional to the concetration of ore and the ratio is not affected by the variation of voluwe.With this method accurate dilution is not necessary. The solution can be diluted to the need of sample concentration. Both the accuracy and precision are good. The method is satisfactory for analysing iron in alloy of aluminium.
