| 摘 要： | 运动生理学是体育专业学生重要的基础理论课，其教学质量历来倍受关注。为了适应新时期课程改革的需要，运动生理学的教学改革势在必行。本以教学实践为基础，在教学指导思想的把握，课堂教学效率的提高以及实践教学环节等方面进行了探索与改革。

| Abstract: | Sports physiology is one of the most important subjects of specialized course in physical education. Its quality of teaching has been paying close attention all the time. The reform of teaching in sports physiology must be executed in the new period. Through many years research I have explored in some aspects, such as guiding ideology of teaching, classroom instruction, practice instruction and so on, and have achieved good results in teaching. |
