涡桨发动机安装系统动力学设计方法研究

摘    要:针对涡桨发动机安装问题,提出一种动力学设计方法,实现了发动机隔振器的刚度优选。首先,推导了考虑耦合前后的振动传递率及发动机低频位移的计算公式。然后,利用提出的方法优选了一组五点安装隔振器的刚度并进行评估计算。结果表明:发动机安装系统满足主要激励频率的隔振要求,侧向和垂向获得了独立振动,其他方向的振动解耦率达93%以上,振动传递率计算中应特别考虑耦合对较小激励方向的影响。

Abstract:For turboprop engine installation problems, A technology of dynamics design was proposed to take an optimized choice for stiffness of isolators. Firstly, the formula of vibration transmission whether coupling is considered or not and the displacement of engine in low frequency were derived. Then, a set of stiffness for isolators mounted in five points was chosen using the method proposed and the evaluation was carried out. The results showed that the engine mount meet the vibration isolation requirements in the main excitation frequency. Independent vibration was obtained in lateral and vertical directions. The decoupling rate of vibration in other directions was above 93%.The influence of coupling on the direction of smaller excitation should be special considered in the calculation of vibration transmission rate.
