摘    要:变压器外壳的振动信号是反应变压器运行状态的有效信息。为研究正常运行变压器绕组的振动信号特征,在分析变压器绕组振动原理的基础上对振动频率及加速度幅值两大特征量进行了讨论。并采用短路电流法进行变压器绕组振动信号测试,统计分析了不同型号、不同容量变压器绕组振动信号的频率分布和振动加速度幅值特点,测试结果与理论分析一致,正常状态下变压器绕组的振动信号频率集中在100Hz;B相绕组的所受电动力大于A、C两相,B相振动加速度幅值最大。本文结果可对进一步研究基于振动信号的变压器故障诊断技术提供参考。

Abstract:The vibration signal of the transformer shell is the effective information of the running state of the reaction transformer. In order to study the characteristic of the vibration signal of the transformer winding, based on the analysis of the vibration principle of the transformer winding, the two characteristics of the amplitude of the frequency and vibration acceleration were been calculated. The short-circuit current method is used to simulate the winding vibration of the transformer, and the frequency distribution as well as the vibration acceleration amplitude characteristics of different types of winding vibration signals were been analyzed, also the experimental results and theoretical calculation results was been compared, the vibration signal of transformer winding is concentrated in 100Hz; the B phase winding is larger than A and C, and the amplitude of B phase is the largest.. The results of this paper can provide reference for the further research of fault diagnosis technology based on vibration signals.
