摘    要:激光三角法测距位移传感器因其具有非接触测量、测量速度快等特点,所以在测量与检测领域有广泛的应用。为了提高激光位移传感器的测量精度,从传感器测距原理入手分析影响系统测量精度的诸多因素,提出一种避免死循环的Sage-Husa滤波算法提高测量精度。最后结合LS—100CP型激光位移传感器与MATLAB进行实验仿真,同时与常规的Kalman滤波算法相比较,得出改进的Sage-Husa滤波算法精度较高且在激光三角法测量中的应用切实可行,有较好的实用价值。

Abstract:Laser triangulation displacement sensor has a wide range of applications in measurement and detection because of its non-contact measurement and fast measurement. In order to improve the measurement precision of laser displacement sensor, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the system from the principle of sensor distance measurement, and a new Sage-Husa filter algorithm which avoids dead loop is proposed to improve the measurement accuracy. Finally combined with LS-100CP laser displacement sensor and MATLAB for experimental simulation, and compared with conventional Kalman filter algorithm, concluded that the improved Sage-Husa algorithm filtering precision and application in the laser triangulation measurement is feasible and has good practical value.
