摘    要:商用车载荷变化范围较大,导致车辆转向阻力矩变化范围较大;所以在车辆载荷发生变化时,驾驶员所需操纵力矩将随之变化,会使同一车辆的转向操纵手感随载荷变化而不同。针对这一问题,以一种新型电液耦合转向系统为硬件基础,提出了车辆载荷变化补偿控制策略。采用理论公式及Truck Sim软件仿真的方式分析了车辆载荷变化对转向阻力矩的影响,建立两者之间的对应关系;进而设计补偿系数。利用已搭建电液耦合转向系统硬件在环实验台对所提出的控制策略进行验证.结果表明:当带有补偿控制的车辆载荷发生变化时,驾驶员施加在转向盘处手力矩变化轻微,说明控制效果较好,有效减小驾驶员转向操纵手感的变化。

Abstract:The vehicle steering resistance torque changes in a large range because of variation?range of commercial vehicle load is large.When the vehicle load changes,the required operating torque will change,which will make the same vehicle steering handle different with load changes.To solve this problem, vehicle load variation compensation control strategy is proposed,which is based on a new kind of electro-hydraulic steering system.The influence of vehicle load change on steering resistance moment is analyzed by means of theoretical formula and TruckSim software simulation.The correspondence between them is established, and then the compensation coefficient is designed.The proposed control strategy is verified by the hardware of the electro-hydraulic steering system.The results show that when the vehicle load with compensation control changes, the driver applied to the steering wheel hand torque changes slightly, indicating the control effect is good and the change of steering steering feel is reduced.
