低浓度碱强化钢渣固定CO2研究

摘    要:本文对低浓度碱强化钢渣固定CO2进行研究。实验在单因素条件下考察碱渣比、搅拌速度、反应温度和液固比对钢渣固定CO2的影响。研究结果表明:碱渣比、搅拌速度、反应温度和液固比过高或过低均不利于碳酸化反应的进行;碱渣比8%、搅拌速度400rpm、反应温度80℃、液固比4:1是强化钢渣固定CO2的最佳条件。在最佳条件下以电镀废水替代低浓度的碱进行钢渣固定CO2实验,结果显示电镀废水的强化效果达到了纯水的160%,纯碱的75%-100%。

Research on dilute alkali enhance steelmaking slag direct CO2 sequestration

Abstract:The dilute alkali enhance steelmaking slag direct CO2 sequestration was investigated in this paper. The effects of the ratio of alkali to steelmaking slag, stirring rate, reaction temperature, the ratio of liquid to solid, on CO2 sequestration were carried under the single factor-dependent experimental conditions. The results show that too high or too low of the ratio of alkali to steelmaking slag, stirring rate, reaction temperature, the ratio of liquid to solid, are not benefit to the carbonation of steelmaking slag. The best optimal experimental condition is under the ratio of alkali to steelmaking slag of 8%, stirring rate of 400rpm, reaction temperature of 80oC and the ratio of liquid to solid of 4:1. Under the best optimal condition, the steelmaking slag direct CO2 sequestration was enhanced by electroplating wastewater instead of dilute alkali. The enhanced effect of electroplating wastewater is about 160% that of water and 75%-100% that of dilute alkali.
