陶瓷抛光砖粉制备蒸压硅酸盐制品研究

摘    要:研究利用陶瓷抛光砖粉制备蒸压硅酸盐制品,并与粉煤灰对比。试验采用了IR、XRD、SEM以及EDS等测试方法研究其水热特性、水化产物的组成和形貌,并测试其强度。研究结果表明:陶瓷抛光砖粉在蒸压条件下有较高的火山灰活性;在相同配比条件下,抛光砖粉中参与反应的活性SiO2远比粉煤灰多,生成较低Ca/Si的水化产物,其蒸压制品强度高于粉煤灰;当石灰∶抛光砖粉=1∶3时其蒸压制品强度较高。利用陶瓷抛光砖粉制备蒸压硅酸盐制品有广阔应用前景。

Abstract:Using ceramic polishing powder as autoclaved silicate product, effects of it on strength and mechanism analysis were presented according to comparing to fly ash. Hydration product, microcosmic graph and mechanism analysis were tested by IR, XRD, SEM and EDS. Results show that autoclaved condition is beneficial to inspire hydration ability of polishing powder. Amount of active SiO2 taken pozzolanic reaction and strength of polishing powder autoclaved product exceed that of fly ash, ratio of Ca/Si in hydrate product is lower than that of fly ash. The best ratio of lime to polishing powder is 1∶3 in weight, strength of this ratio sample is highest. It is an innovative approach of reusing polishing powder to develop autoclaved silicate product.
