海工钢特厚板的质量控制

摘    要:随着海洋平台和舰船的大型化发展,对海工钢特厚板的厚度和性能要求不断提高。本文主要介绍海工钢特厚板的生产方法和质量控制的研究进展,从应用前景角度介绍了未来海工钢特厚板的发展趋势。通过对比分析模铸、连铸以及电渣重熔生产的特厚板的质量,阐述了不同工艺方法生产的海工钢特厚板存在的表面和内部质量问题。结果表明,电渣重熔生产的海工钢特厚板能够同时解决表面质量和内部质量问题,使用电渣重熔法生产高品质海工钢特厚板是未来的必然趋势。

Abstract:With the development of large-scale ocean platforms and ships,the requirements for thickness and performance of Marine steel plate are being constantly improved.In the present article,the production meth-ods and quality control research progress of Marine extra-thick steel plate was introduced,and the develop-ment trend of the Marine extra-thick plate was described in view of future applications.Through comparison and analysis on the quality of extra-thick steel plate produced through die casting,continuous casting and elec-troslag remelting processes,the surface and internal quality problems of Marine extra-thick steel plate pro-duced by using different process methods were illustrated.The results show that Marine extra-thick steel plate produced by electroslag remelting could solve both the surface and the internal quality problems at the same time.Therefore,a definite future trend will be to apply the electroslag remelting method to produce high quali-ty Marine steel plate.
