| 摘 要： | 在健美操教学中运用成功体育教学法，不仅可以塑造健美体形，改善某些不良发育，促进身心健康，而且通过对学生的培养、尊重、拓宽、激活、鼓励和引导，改善师生关系，沟通感情，营造良好的学生气氛，充分展示学生个性，培养学生的创造性，体验成功，从而提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | The use of teaching method of physical education with achievements in Aerobics teaching can not only grant the students strong bodies, develop their bad growth in some organs, promote their mind and body health, and through the education, respect, encouragement, and guide of the students, it can also improve the relationship between teachers and students, promote mutual understanding, display the student's character well, educate the student's ability of creation, experience the feelings of success, thus promote the quality of teaching. |
