渗碳层组织与接触疲劳性能的研究

摘    要:根据光学显微镜、透射电镜观察和渗层萃取物X射线衍射谱以及硬度梯度分布,研究了 20CrMnTi 钢气体渗碳、气体碳氮共渗和离子渗碳后渗层的组织和接触疲劳寿命。结果表明;离子渗碳后具有相当数量的板条马氏体、弥散均匀分布的碳化物;铬锰元素固溶在固溶体中的量较多,无黑色组织并且具有陡的硬度梯度,从而导致接触疲劳寿命的明显提高。文章提出了铬锰元素向碳化物富集是产生黑色组织的重要因素的新观点。

Abstract:Parall investigations were made for the carburized case structureof steel 20CrMnTi ion- craburized and commonly gas-carburized andits contact fatigue behavior by means of metallographic observationsincluding TEM and X-Ray diffraction analysis. Comparing withcommon gas- carburizing, the ion-carburizing process results in finer carbides dispersed, a certain amount of lath martensite in steel's case,and there are much more Cr, Mn elements dissolved in matrix. Alsothere is no "Black structure" found and the hardness gradient appearsrelatively steep. Such factors cause a contact fatigue strength. Thereason why the "black structure" occurs is mainly referred to as theenrichment of Cr and Mn elements in carbides.
