| 摘 要： | 户籍制度是国家的一项基本行政制度,中国“二元”户籍制度引发了越来越多的争议.国家从八十年代开始一直在进行改革,但改革效果却不尽如人意.不过,上海市2007开始实施的实有人口信息化管理的实践却给户籍制度改革注入了新的动力,对未来人口管理模式的建立也有多重启迪意义.

| Abstract: | The household registration system is a basic administrative system of the state. The current urban - rural dual household registration system in China brings about more and more disputes. The country has been carrying on the reform since 1980s, but the effect is less than satisfactory. However, the actual population information management of Shanghai city in 2007 has injected new impetus to the household registration system reform. There are multiple enlightenments to the establishment of future population management model. |
