On the Development of Motivation Mechanism of Multimedia Aided Teaching Reform in Universities

Creative design in multimedia aided teaching is very important to improve the quality of classroom teaching in universities. But the design will be restricted by its cost and copyright in multimedia aided teaching. Teachers will lack initiative in the creative design without motivation mechanism on multimedia aided teaching. The key to improve the quality of multimedia aided teaching is to stir up their enthusiasms and creativity in the design.
