| 摘 要： | 受国际金融危机的影响,全球贸易下滑,福建省的加工贸易面临严峻考验.因此,政府应强化政策引导和服务支持,加大监管力度,加强自主品牌和知识产权管理;企业应提升研发能力,创新招商模式,推进市场多元化,加强人力资源建设以及发展境外加工贸易.
