某型扫雷装备维修保障性分析

摘    要:为定量计算某型扫雷装备的维修保障性,确定了战备完好率和可用度作为某型扫雷装备维修保障性参数,分别建立其数学模型.结合战场条件下,该装备用于开辟通路的想定,选择了其维修时间密度函数、故障密度函数和两次任务间隔时间密度函数服从指数分布,确定了战备完好率和可用度的相关参数,给出了定量分析的方法.分析表明,该扫雷装备在无限保障能力的条件下,其4 h连续作业后,战备完好率为99.12%,平均可用度和瞬时可用度分别为95.8%和93.86%.

Abstract:The combat readiness ratio and availability as maintenance supportability parameters were ascertained in order to compute maintenance supportability quantificationally. The mathematical model was presented, the density functions of maintenance time, fault and interval were selected considering the assumption of blazing a way in battlefield and the method of quantitative analysis on the supportability of a mine clearing vehicle was briefly introduced. The analysis indicates that the combat readiness ratio of the mine clearing vehicle is 99.12%, and its expectation of availability and instantaneous availability is 95.8% and 93.86% respectively after working continuously for four hours, which has better supportability than that of others.
