摘    要:研究了氯化镉染毒小鼠各组织中镉、钙、铁等金属元素含量及各组织的脏器系数、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)值的变化 ,结果显示染镉后小鼠多数脏器中镉、钙、铁浓度明显高于对照组 ,表明小鼠体内钙、铁的稳定状态受到破坏 ,同时某些组织的脏器系数和LPO含量也明显改变 ,提示脏器内钙、铁等元素含量异常可能是镉引起细胞损伤的重要因素之一

Abstract:The concentrations of Cd, Ca and Fe, the change of weight coefficients and lipid peroxidation(LPO) in the organs of mice exposed by CdCl 2 are studied. The results show that the concentrations of Cd, Ca and Fe in the organs of mice induced by CdCl 2 are significantly higher than those in the control group;the Ca and Fe steady state in mice is disturbed. Meanwhile, the weight coefficients and LPO in some organs are clearly changed. These results suggest that unusual content of Ca and Fe in the organs may be one of the important factors in cell injury caused by cadmium.
