| 摘 要： | 食管静脉曲张是门静脉高压性肝病的主要临床表现之一，是肝硬变的严重并发症，进行内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术对抢救食管静脉曲张破裂出血是非常重要的．对病人从术前、术中、术后全程观察及指导，实施护理计划及指导病人生活饮食等方法．通过及时有效的护理，均获得满意疗效．内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎述是一种创伤小、成功率高、并发症少，安全性高的内镜介入手段．

| Abstract: | The esophageal varices are one of the clinical manifestation of patients with portal hypertension.and varices are the serious complications of Liver cirrhosis.EVL is a very important method to treat liver cirrhosis patients with esophageal variceal bleeding(EVB).Before after and during operation the observation,conducting and effective nursing in time can get a content theraeutic effect,EVL has less traumas and less complications.It is safe and effective for patients with esophageal varices. |
