| 摘 要： | 控制是管理的基本职能之一，将工业控制理论的基本原理引入到管理过程中，并以盘江煤电公司山脚树矿经营管理为例，设计管理控制系统和管理制度，探讨解决管理过程中常常遇到的工作有安排、布置，没有落实的问题。

| Abstract: | One of the fundamental functions of administration is control.This paper introduces the fundamental theory of the industry control to the administration process.Moreover taking the administration of Shanjiaoshu Mine of Panjiang Coal and Electricity Corporation for example,it designs an administration control system and the administration system to explore into the work problems that have been arranged and assigned but not been executed ,which are frequently encountered in the administration process. |
