| 摘 要： | 自备水源井大量无序开采对太原市城市水资源及公共供水产生了极大的影响,主要是对城市水资源和水环境造成严重破坏,造成水市场的无序竞争,导致公共供水企业亏损增加,严重影响了饮用人群的身体健康,干扰了节水工作的开展。

| Abstract: | The vast scale disordered extraction of the self-contained water-source wells produces very big influence on the underground water resource and public water supply of Taiyuan city,mainly causes serious damage of the urban water resource and water environment,brings about the disordered competition to the water market,results in the increase of the deficit of the public water supply enterprises,influences the health of the people drinking this water,and disturbs the development of the water-saving work. |
