| 摘 要： | 高等学校的任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才，发展科学技术文化，促进社会主义现代化建设。如何培养具有上述特点的人才，是高校大学生管理思路与模式改革的出发点和归宿。改革大学生管理思路与模式是大学生素质培养的关键。
