摘    要:建立了三维切削的三维动力学模型,通过对切削过程的动态分析,给出了一种确定动态切削力系数的稳态切削参数解析新方法.该法适合于一般切削加工系统与条件,具有通用性,可以获得较完整的数据.比较现有的其他方法,表明二维切削的动态切削力系数是本方法所确定的三维切削的动态切削力系数的特例.最后给出正交切削和三维切削2个实例,并与前人的研究成果相比较,结果证明了该法的正确性.

Abstract:A three dimensional dynamic model for three dimensional cutting is established. Based on the analysis of the cutting process dynamics, a new analytical approach for the determination of the dynamic cutting force coefficients from steady state cutting data is developed. The approach is a generalization for a variety of machining systems and cutting conditions. Moreover, the dynamic cutting force coefficients obtained can be considered as more integral data to the present. Comparison with other available methods shows that the dynamic cutting force coefficients in two dimensional cutting is a special case of the results obtained by this new approach. Finally, the practical examples of both orthogonal and three dimensional cutting are described. The obtained results confirm the validity of the presented approach.
