| Abstract: | ＂Streaming media＂ is a kind of multimedia applied streaming technology which is transmited in internet.This mode firstly processes video and audio in some compress ways in the video server,then continuously sends them to clients.Its real-time transmission＇s ability helps to achieve download and play simultaneously.This paper realizes a wireless streaming multimedia system based on smart mobile phone.This system puts forward an end-to-end feedback congestion control strategy based on RTP protocol,and solves wireless network transmission at high error rate and the time-varying bandwidth issues,with MPEG-4 decoding and encoding,users can receive streaming media. |
