摘    要:无模拉拔过程中,变形区的形状与各工艺参数之间存在着复杂的相互关系。变形区的表示对变形区形状的预测以及智能控制具有重要意义。根据变形区的形状特点,提出了一种基于关键点的无模拉拔变形区形状特征提取和重构算法,有效地实现了高维变形区形状信息的降维和重构映射,与神经网络结合,为建立无模拉拔变形区形状模型提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:During the process of die less drawing,the relationship between shape of metamorphic zone and technical parameter is very complicate. The expression of shape of shaping zone is important to predicting the shape and intelligently controlling. According to the shape of metamorphic zone,a kind of feature extraction and rebuilding method was given out based on key points,which could be used in simulation system to build the model of line shape.
