摘    要:用口服和肌注的方法在12只绵羊中进行了镉中毒与硒铜颉颃其毒性的实验研究。结果表明,镉中毒组绵羊在实验的20天左右即出现明显的临床病理学变化,特征为典型的低色素正细胞性贫血。

Abstract:An experimental study on the cadmium poisoning and its detoxification by selenium and copper was carried out through oral administration and intramuscular injection in 12 sheep.On the20th day after treatment,some prominent clinicopathological changes,including typicalhypochromic normocytic anemis,began to appear in the Cd treated group.Histopathological and ultrastructural lesions occurred in the arteriole,liver,kidney,lung,heart and central nervous system etc.At the end of the study.In the supplemented group with selenium and copper,however,above-mentioned lesions were mild. It follows that selenium and copper can simultaneously antagonize thd toxicity f cadmium in sheep.
