| 摘 要： | 利用ＤＪＳ－２９２型恒电位仪测定碳钢于各种酸中的阳极极化曲线，以比浊定量法测定酸雾挥发量，以重量法测定金属腐蚀。通过缓蚀剂的浓度、实验温度对各种酸的缓蚀效率影响，以及铁对酸洗对酸洗速度影响等各种因素的实验考察，研究了一种复合型高效酸洗缓蚀剂。

| Abstract: | A kind of compound corrosion inhibition agent of acid washing with multi function and high efficiency has been developed.The agent can be used for the acid washing with not only H 2SO 4,HCl,or HNO 3.The advantages of the agent are high efficiency,low corrosion and strong fog repression.The results show that the inhibition agent can strongly restrain the acid fog and accelerate acid washing rate.The inhibition efficiency could reach 96%. |
