Fe-P非晶态合金电镀工艺和镀层性能研究

摘    要:测量了以氯化亚铁、次磷酸二氢钠为主盐的电镀Fe-P非晶态合金电解液的性能,包括阴极电流效率、镀液分散能力、覆盖能力和阴极极化曲线。研究了次磷酸二氯钠含量、镀液pH值、添加剂对镀液性能的影响。Fe~(2+)离子的氧化造成镀液不稳定是镀铁及铁合金的一个重要问题,对影响Fe~(2+)离子氧化的因素进行了试验。分析了镀层化学成分,确定了镀层结构,通过差热分析和硬度测量研究了镀层结构的转变。直流电镀所得Fe-P非晶态合金镀层很脆,用交直流迭加电流电镀可以使镀层韧性得到很大改善。

Abstract:Amorphous Fe-P alloy films are electrodeposited in bath containing FeCl2 and NaH2PO2. The performances of this bath are measured, which contain cathodic current effciency, throwing power, cover power and cathodic polarization curves.Effects of NaH2PO2 concentration,solution pH and addit ives on bath performances are studid. The influence factors of Fe oxidation causing the bath to be unstabe are researched. The composition aud structure of electroplated Fe-P films are determined. The differential thermal analysis curves of films and microhardness of films after heat treatment are measured. Electrodeposited amorphous Fe-P alloy film by direct current are extremely brittle. The amorphous Fe-P alloy films with significantly enhanced ductility can be obtained by asymmetrical alternating current.
