摘    要:介绍了一种基于时域有限差分法(FDTD)的早期乳腺癌超宽带微波成像仿真软件。该软件能模拟由激励源发出的超宽带微波信号在乳房组织中的色散传播,以及遇目标后发生散射、最终被接收天线接收的过程。软件还考虑了在两种介质分界面上电磁波发生反射和折射的情况。为验证该软件的有效性,分析了几种情况下接收信号的波形,并用该软件得到的仿真数据进行共焦成像。结果表明该仿真软件可用于仿真早期乳腺癌超宽带微波成像。

Abstract:A novel ultra wideband microwave system based on finite difference time domain was investigated for detecting early breast tumor.Using published data for the dielectric properties of normal breast tissues and malignant tumors,a three dimensional(3-D)computational electromagnetics analysis of the system was conduced.And the effects of medium's absorption,reflection and refraction on the border of two mediums were taken into account.The confocal microwave imaging results attest the simulation's validity.Tumors can be robustly detected and distinguished from the surrounding normal tissues.
