摘    要:以个人计算机为基础,以A/D转换器为核心,并配以适当的外围接口电路,实现对电阻炉温度自动控制.设计了一种过零检测电路,将PID控制增量转换成占空比,并由数字电路输出有一定占空比的矩形波,利用硬件方法实现普通双向可控硅的同步过零触发从而实现功率可调

Abstract:Automatic temperature control of the electrical furnace is realized by suitable peripheral interface circuits as well as the A/D converter board on the basis of the personal computer and a zero crossing detecting circuit is designed. The control increment of PID is converted into the duty ratio, and a rectangular wave with a given duty ratio is sent out by a digital circuit. With hardware to realize the synchronous zero crossing trigger of an ordinary bidirectional SCR, the power output of the system is adjustable.
