A Perspective on Personnel Training Pattern of Journalist Education in the Newly Established Four-Year Universities

The later established four-year universities are facing a bigger challenge in their journalist educational objectives and models.Thus the top question that urgently needs to be well considered and solved is how to train highly qualified and useful personnel for the field of journalism.The article,from the concept of a long-run education by overturning an idea of profit-making in a short cut,brings up some suggestions for a relatively more scientific setup for curriculum design,teaching faculty requirement and reinforcement in practical processes.
