| 摘 要： | 在高等教育快速发展的今天,高校教师肩负着社会的重托,承担了很多身心压力,教师的心理健康问题备受社会各界关注。采用查阅文献资料、问卷调查、访谈及数理统计等方法对大理学院医学类教师心理健康状况进行调查分析,并依据所得结论提出一些有益的建议。

| Abstract: | Carrying the trust from the society,college teachers bear some physical and mental pressures in the rapid development of higher education;consequently,their mental health status has attracted a major social concern.After literature study,questionnaires,interviews and mathematical statistics,the paper investigates into the mental health status of the medical education teachers in Dali University and then proposes some useful suggestions. |
