| 摘 要： | 当今时代,文化日趋重要。大庆市等新生城市尤其要注重特色文化建设。为此,大庆市通过因地制宜,突出特色;鼓励研究,注重理论建设;科学规划,合理布局;打好旅游牌,事业与产业相互支撑等途径迅速构建出由文化艺术、文化旅游、文化科研为外在构成,以大庆精神铁人精神为重要内涵的特色文化,从而为学界进一步研究新生城市的文化建设提供了重要启示。 |
