高校贫困生资助模式应该改变以往直接进行经济资助的单一模式,转变为以激励为主、助困为辅相结合的能力资助模式。高校可以采取引导贫困生树立职业生涯发展规划意识,强化独立自主能力;营造人文关怀氛围,构建贫困生自我调适系统;拓宽勤工助学渠道,搭建贫困生就业桥梁;引导贫困生树立感恩意识,提升回报社会、服务社会的能力等对策,来构建高校贫困生能力资助模式。

Exploring the Construction of the Ability of Funding Model for the Poor College Students

The funding model for the poor college students should be changed from the single model of direct financial assistance to the one that the encouragement is the main way combined with the funding.The college could give a correct guidance to the poor students to help them establish the awareness of career development planning so as to strengthen their ability of independence,create an atmosphere of humane care and build a self-adjustment system for poor students,broaden the channels for work-study and build bridges for poor students＇ employment,guide them to establish a sense of gratitude and enhance the capacity of repaying and serving the society to build the ability of funding model for the poor college students.
