| 摘 要： | 应用热分析原理和单片机技术研制而成的ＺＣ－２０Ｂ型铁水质量炉前快速分析仪，具有测试速度快、精度高、成本低和使用方便等特点．该仪器用于冲天炉或电炉前测定铁水质量，２．５～３分钟时间内给出全部测试结果，包括热分析曲线上的特征温度值；普通灰铸铁化学成分、机械性能、共晶团数；球墨铸铁球化率及孕育效果等２０种参数．该文介绍了仪器总体构成、取样器设计方法、数据采集系统设计方法及数学模型等．

| Abstract: | The Model ZC-20B tester developed wish the principle of thermal analysis and the technology of microcomputer has the advantages of high testing speed, high precision, low cost and convenient use. The tester can be used in front of the cupola and electrical furnace to test cast iron liquid quality and the testing results include 20 parameters such as characteristic temperature points on the cooling curve, chemical composition, mechanical property, eutectic cells number,nodular graphite grade and so on. In the paper,the general structure of the tester,the design method of the sampling holder, the data acquizition system and the mathematic models are introduced. |
