复杂结构耐久性评定的随机分析方法

摘    要:本文提出了一种随机耐久性分析方法,该方法从耐久性分析的基本原理出发,考虑损伤发展的随机特性,提出用正态随机变量裂纹扩展方程描述裂纹扩展规律,对机基础的EIFS分布和给定任意时刻的裂纹分布给出相应的确定方法和推导公式,进而建立较为完善的随机耐久性分析程序,文中通过实际飞机结构的耐久性分析评估,证明了该方法的有效性,同时该方法可推广应用于其它类似的大型结构。

Abstract:This paper develops a stochastic durability analysis method. In view of the basic concept of durability analysis, taking into accounts the stochastics of damage process,with the normal-random-variable crack growth equation describing crack propagation,the evaluation methods of ElFS distributions and the formulas of crack size distributions at any time were proposed, and then a complete stochastic durability analysis program was set up.Through practical applications, the method was proved to be applicable for aircraft structures or any other structure.
