摘    要:用sol-gel工艺在(001)钇稳定ZrO2(YSZ)单晶衬底上制备了层状钙钛矿型Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12(BNdT)铁电薄膜。X射线衍射结果显示,薄膜沿a/b轴择优取向生长,择优取向度约48%;透射电镜观察到薄膜厚约385 nm,其中晶粒呈柱状生长,晶粒横向尺寸100-200 nm。分析发现,薄膜在结晶过程中快速升温有助于晶粒沿a/b轴取向生成核。

Abstract:Ferroelectric Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12(BNdT) thin films of layered perovskite were prepared on(001) Y-stabilized ZrO2(YSZ) single crystals through a sol-gel process.Their textures were quantitatively estimated with X-ray diffraction -ψ pole figures and transmission electron microscopy investigations were employed to check their preferred orientations.The BNdT films contain 48%(volume fraction) a/b-axes-oriented columnar grains.In the 385-nm-thick films,the lateral sizes of columnar grains is 100~200 nm.The result show that heating rapidly for crystallization is crucial for the nucleation of a/b-axes oriented grains on(001) YSZ.
