On the Administration of Journals in College Libraries

The administration of journals is an important part of college libraries＇ serving readers. This article analyzes some problems with the administration of journals in college hbraries, and puts forward the thought of journal administration, like adopting the means of information technology, service outsourcing, cooperation of different branches and professional operation. It produces the solution to satisfying the needs of college teachers and students for reading joumals and for further using journal documents.
