| 摘 要： | 以江西省竞技体育重点项目为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法及数理统计法等研究方法,对重点项目的管理体制、人才培养、竞赛成绩等现状进行分析,针对江西省竞技体育重点项目在发展过程中取得的成绩以及存在的不足,提出了江西省竞技体育发展的战略对策。

| Abstract: | By using the documentary method,Delphi technique and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the major projects of competitive sports in Jiangxi as the object of studying and has analyzed the current situation of the management system,talents training and performance in competition.In views of the achievement in the development of those major projects and its existing shortcomings, the paper also puts forward strategic countermeasures for the development of competitive sports in Jiangxi. |
