海藻酸钠溶液的粘度性质与流变学特征

摘    要:本文考察了海藻酸钠溶液的粘度行为和亚浓溶液的流变特性,得到体系粘度与海藻酸盐浓度的幂次关系,幂指数为2.9;探讨了在不同外加盐浓度条件下体系的特性粘度,Huggins与Kraemer常数的变化情况;亚浓溶液的剪切行为表明,在体系的表观粘度ηa与剪切速率的幂次公式ηa∝b中,b值不仅取决于海藻酸盐的浓度,也是剪切速率的函数

Abstract:Sereral viscous and rheological properties of aqueous alginate solution have been experimentally investigated. A powerlaw relation is found between the viscosity and alginate concentration with the exponent of 2.90. The dependence of intrinsic viscosity () Huggins constant (k′) and Kraemer constant (k″) as a function of the added salt concentration (c s) is discussed. Shearthining behariour of 5g/100ml alginate solution reveals that the value of the exponent b in the power-Law relation η∝· b to be in the range of -0.1~-0.41,Which is dependent not only on alginate concentration but also on the shear rate.
