恒流逆变式CO2气保焊电源的研究

摘    要:为了解决传统的平特性CO2气保焊电源焊接时飞溅大的缺点,该文提出了采用恒流外特性配合等速送丝,以实现IGBT管逆变式CO2气保焊的基本原理.用IGBT作为功率元件设计逆变器的主电路、保护电路,利用PI算法实现所设计的恒流外特性的控制,设计了单片机控制系统的硬件电路和软件程序.结果表明,利用单片机能很好地实现所需的外特性,恒流外特性电源比平特性电源具有更好的焊接性能 .

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of excessive welding splash in the conventional CO 2 gas protecting arc welding with level characteristic inverter,this paper puts forward the basic principle of CO 2 gas protecting arc welding using Insulating Grid Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) tube in the inverter, which utilizes constant current with external characteristics in cooperation with uniform wire feed. The IGBT tube is used as power component in designing the main circuit and protection circuit of the inverter,and PI algorithm is adopted to achieve the control of the external characteristics of constant current.The hardware circuit and software program of single chip microcomputer controlling system are also designed. It is found that the external characteristics can be well realized by using the single chip microcomputer.
