摘    要:卫星双向法时间频率比对技术有效解决了GPS共视法(GPS-CV)比对精度难以满足现实需求的问题,其比对精度可达0.3ns左右.本文根据卫星双向法基本原理,构建了卫星地面接收系统,用于发射和接收时间频率信号.同时进行了初步的数据处理,在综合考虑路径时延等因素的影响下,将最终结果与德国联邦物理技术研究院(PTB)的计算结果进行比较,其一致性非常好,表明该系统工作可靠.该系统已成功应用于中国计量科学研究院(NIM)守时和授时工作.
