| 摘 要： | 准确提取全局运动特征点是MPEG-4中Sprite编码的关键.针对全局运动特征点提取的计算代价高,精度低,容易陷入局部极值等方面的缺陷,提出了一种新型的基于动态规划的全局运动特征点提取方法,能够有效抑制噪声影响,减少冗余点数,从而大大提高全局运动估计的效率,使全局运动估计在实时应用中成为可能.

| Abstract: | It is the key for MPEG-4 sprite coding to extract of global motion feature point accurately.Against the flaws such as high mathematical cost,low precision and easy to fall into local extremum etc.,a new method of extracting global motion feature point based on dynamic programming is put forward.This method,to a great extent,can decrease the influence of noise and reduce the number of superfluous point.Consequently,it can improve the efficiency of global motion estimation and make it possible to apply it in real-time. |
