| Abstract: | In the present paper,a rapid culture method of aerobic granule is presented.By seeding the chlamydospores of Phanerochaete sp.HSD to sequencing batch reactor,aerobic granules are cultivated successfully in a week.In addition,kinetics of substrate degradation and biomass growth are discussed,and the results show that the kinetic coefficients of Ks,Vmax,Y and Kd are 757 mg/L,1.1 h-1,0.177 kg·MLVSS/COD,0.029 7 d-1,respectively. |
