好氧颗粒污泥的快速驯化及其动力学研究

摘    要:报到了1种好氧颗粒污泥的快速驯化方法,通过向序批式反应器中投加Phanerochaete sp.HSD的厚垣孢子,在合成废水处理过程中,7d内便可成功驯化出好氧颗粒污泥.好氧颗粒污泥基质降解动力学参数Ks为757(mg·L-1),Vmax为1.1 h-1;生长动力学参数Y为0.177 kgMLVSS/COD,Kd为0....

Abstract:In the present paper,a rapid culture method of aerobic granule is presented.By seeding the chlamydospores of Phanerochaete sp.HSD to sequencing batch reactor,aerobic granules are cultivated successfully in a week.In addition,kinetics of substrate degradation and biomass growth are discussed,and the results show that the kinetic coefficients of Ks,Vmax,Y and Kd are 757 mg/L,1.1 h-1,0.177 kg·MLVSS/COD,0.029 7 d-1,respectively.
