ZnTe纳米粉的共振Raman散射研究

摘    要:
用Zn粉和Te粉为源材料,利用水热法在不同条件下制备了ZnTe纳米粉.用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和显微Raman光谱仪对ZnTe纳米粉进行了表征.X射线衍射谱表明制备的纳米ZnTe具有闪锌矿结构.透射电子显微镜给出在100℃,120℃和160℃时生长2h的ZnTe颗粒的平均大小分别为67 nm,89 nm和120 ...

Abstract:
ZnTe nanopowders are synthesized in sodium hydroxide solution by hydrothermal method under different conditions,in which the zinc and tellurium powders are used as the precursors.The nanopowders are characterized by X-ray diffractometer,transmission electron microscopy and micro-Raman spectroscopy.The X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that the ZnTe nanocrystals are zincblende structure.The images of transmission electron microscopy show that the average sizes of ZnTe nanocrystals are about 67,89,and 120 nm for the powders synthesized for 2 h at 100,120,and 160 ℃,respectively.The Raman spectra show longitudinal optical(1LO),2LO,3LO,4LO phonon peaks at about 205,410,616 and 820 cm-1,1LO peak is the strongest for the nanopowders grown at 100 and 120 ℃ and the strongest peak is 2LO peak for the nanopowder synthesized at 160 ℃,respectively.These experimental results are analyzed by resonant scattering mechanism and they are related to the change in band gap of ZnTe nanocrystals.
