魏岗联合站污水处理工艺及加药方式探讨

摘    要:2003年,魏岗联合站污水处理水质合格率只有70%,严重影响到魏岗油田注水合格率,对地层安全形成了极大的威胁。另外,化学药剂用量超出计划的30%,是魏岗联合站2003年度成本增长的主要原因。2004年年初,将污水处理工艺及加药方式进行了重新设计和改造。经过几个月的试验,其水质合格率达95%以上,化学药剂用量下降了35%,达到了预期的目的。

Abstract:The pass percent of the water quality after sewage treatment in Weigang Co mbination Station in 2003is only70%,which forms the severe threat on the stratum layer' s safety.And the consumption of the c hemical agents exceed the planned by 30%,which is the main cause of the cost increase of Weigang Comb ination Station in 2003.In the early days of 2004,the sewage treating process and the dosing mode are redesigned an d transformed.And the tests of several months show that the pass percent of the wate r quality amounts to 95%,and the consumption of the chemical agents is red uces by35%,achieving the estimated goal.
